When will my order be processed?
All orders will be handled within 1 business day after it was created. The specific time needed depends on how many orders are created before yours. Orders in high season may take more time. Please contact us if your order takes more time than expected. Note: Orders created on weekends will be shipped on the next Monday.
Where can I see the details of my orders?
You can see the details of your order in your account, including how you paid for it, the tracking number of your delivery.

We do not provide recycling or shipment services for old and second-hand furniture.
If you think your product is not suitable, you can return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please visit My Orders and initiate a return request. Please note: Please ensure that the product is brand new and unused. All returns must be made using the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will need to pay an additional $45 repackaging fee for each item. For most Costway product returns, you will get a pre-paid return label that allows you to return the item to the Costway warehouse. You can download the return label in the personal center.

Great product. Easy to put together. Kids love it
We bought this for our 18 month old and put it together in about an hour. The directions were lackluster but we were able to figure them out. Our baby is already loving it!!
She loves it and learning how to operate it. So adorable..
I bought them for my Great grandchildren which are twins. They loved them as they were learning to operate them.
I'm not sure how a baby would use it but it works great for them
